Centering washers are available in three styles depending on the requirements of the application. Centering washer – Style 1 is used to recess and center the bolt or nut head while the flange supports the washer on the end of the hole or spring.

• Cold Rolled Steel (Steel): Black Oxide, Cadmium types I & II, Chrome, Degreasing, Bright Nickel, Pickling, Phosphate, Silver, Bright Tin, Hot Tin Dip, and Zinc types I & II

Centering Washer - Style 2

Definition:
Centering washers are available in three styles depending on the requirements of the application. Centering washer – Style 2 is used to center the bolt or screw in an oversized hole while the flange supports the washer on the end of the hole.

Definition:
Centering washers are available in three styles depending on the requirements of the application. Centering washer – Style 3 is used to recess and center the bolt or nut head in a holes in applications that don’t need a supporting flange.
