Spring Clip, Fuse Clip, Component Clip - Slotted Style
Definition:
Slotted style spring clips are used in applications where the component is of an inconsistent diameter. The fingers of the spring clip provide independent tension on the component as its diameter changes. It can also be used to hold two different components in the same spring clip. This style applies a lighter tension to the component than the standard style spring clip.
Slotted Spring Clips are available in the following materials and finishes:
- Beryllium Copper: Cadmium types I & II, Chrome, Degreasing, Bright Nickel, Pickling, Silver, Bright Tin, Hot Tin Dip, and Zinc types I & II
- Spring Steel: Baking, Black Oxide, Cadmium types I & II, Chrome, Degreasing, Bright Nickel, Pickling, Phosphate, Silver, Bright Tin, Hot Tin Dip, and Zinc types I & II
